Employee wellbeing and work-life balance is a major priority. This is why we organise an active calendar of social events and offer extra support to staff both in and outside of the workplace. For example, our Help@Hand App, which provides a wide range of free employee benefits, gives access to 24/7 GP appointments, counselling, physiotherapy, personal training, nutritional consultancy and lifestyle coaching.
We are also particularly proud of our elected communities, created to facilitate open lines of communication throughout the business. Our flagship Employee Ambassadors Forum offers a platform for staff to share ideas; help shape company policy; and participate in making key decisions for the business. This allows us to promote learning and development for all, while ensuring continuous improvement in the way we work.
