Breyer Foundation
We created the registered charity Breyer Foundation in 2011 with the aim of raising funds and supporting those most in need through employment and economic development programmes. Perhaps most significantly, we have implemented the Place of Change initiative, bringing together experts who can provide skills, training, apprenticeships and work placements with a view to delivering a range of courses and opportunities for focused groups such as young people, individuals and communities.
In addition, our staff are encouraged to take part in mentoring both within the Group and beyond. One example of this is through our Young People’s and Women’s Forums, which allow construction role models an opportunity to pass on their experience and knowledge of the industry.
