Residents having planned maintenance works carried out by one of our Roofing, Repair or Renew teams will soon be receiving one of our new Resident Information Packs, including a Handbook with details of who we are and what to expect, along with tailored information about the specific improvements being made to their home and how to prepare for them.
Resident satisfaction is a big priority to our teams and we recognise that strong communication can make all the difference to this. Making sure that residents are aware of what works are taking place in and around their home, as well as how to prepare for them, is one important way that we give residents peace of mind and confidence in our services.
