Mobilising Kingston Repairs

9 October 2024
Breyer Group Team for Kingston Council

Breyer is now officially the provider of repairs and maintenance work for Kingston Council residents. After a successful mobilisation period, our Breyer Repair team commenced works on Tuesday 1st October.

The past few weeks have involved a number of key milestones to ensure a smooth handover from the existing property services provider, along with effective introductions between both staff and residents.

Breyer has now established an office in Kingston and participated in a Job Fair, where our Head of Partnerships, Dean Van Woerkom was able to meet with local residents. He said:

“I had many insightful conversations with residents who showed particular interest in what we do and what opportunities we may have in the future. The event provided an excellent platform for Breyer to connect with the community of Kingston and the positive reception we received underscores the importance of maintaining strong relationships moving forward.”

Ahead of our launch on site in Kingston, Breyer representatives also collaborated with the Council for a resident “Meet and Greet” event. There was an impressive turnout despite the miserable weather with over 100 residents, 6 councillors and numerous staff from both Breyer, Kingston and other service providers.
